What exactly is a licence?
One licence is one person. Everyone with a licence in your organization signs in with their own account and can use Arbimary on any Vision Pro.
How do I sign in on the headset?
Open Arbimary and it shows a short code. Confirm it on this website in any browser, or have a sign-in code sent to your email.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. After sign-in the headset keeps a signed licence and works offline for 7 to 30 days, depending on the plan. It renews itself when you are back online.
Can my company pay with one invoice?
Yes. One subscription covers all your licences. Enter your company’s VAT ID at checkout; invoices are always available in the billing portal.
Can I change the plan or add licences later?
Any time, from your account. Changes are prorated, so you only pay for what you use.
How do I cancel?
In the billing portal, in a few clicks. Your licences stay active until the end of the paid period.
